We’re MARi, a K-Career SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing to help individuals, educational institutions, and employers accelerate outcomes and expand human potential.

MARi seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead our product’s lifecycle from planning and development to execution and expansion. The product manager prioritizes product and customer requirements and works closely with the CEO and the UI/UX, Engineering, Data, Customer Success Teams to evolve the product in various industries. This leadership position reports to the CEO and involves bridging gaps within the company, managing multiple priorities, and aligning teams toward immediate and long-term goals.

In this role, you will:

Lead the development teams through the continuous design, engineering, and scheduled launches of the product delivering on-time releases, updates, and fixes
Prioritize development to meet customer product requirements while continually moving toward MARi’s vision and mission
Assist the development teams when necessary with hands on script writing, coding, UI/UX design guidance, QA testing, and customer support
Ensure the MARi design system, dev environment, and technology stack is optimized for the most efficient and effective workflow possible
Maximize the individual strengths of the development team members through both virtual and in-person (when possible) meetings, events, and personal one-on-one sessions
Maintain leading-edge knowledge of SaaS trends, potential product components and web services, and design and engineering best practices
Research and analyze competition, market environments, and trends to improve and optimize our offering
Provide ongoing updates to the product strategy, reviewing requirements, appraising new product ideas
Maintain and grow a diverse, highly effective development team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and coaching employees

We're looking for someone who has:

Successfully led at least one SaaS product development team, preferably at a start-up that has launched and made it to market.
Led a remote team of diverse people in different disciplines to successfully achieve demanding product goals and timelines
Created and managed product-wide timelines and budgets
Demonstrated thought leadership by publishing media that explains complex ideas in a simple way
Familiarity with our Tech Stack, including Google Dataflow, Python, Typescript, NodeJS, Google App Engine, Apache Beam a plus
FEDRAMP experience a plus
U.S. Citizenship required
