MARi uses AI and ML to match individuals to a goal, identify gaps in their skills, and recommend the most effective and efficient way to close those gaps. It does this in a module called Chef, creating a whole-person representation of the individual that is matched to an atomic-level, granular representation of the whole-person skills needed to be successful on the job. Chef contains a collection of “Recipes,” or granular attributes of both the individual and the job like personality, orientation to safety, orientation to risk, etc.
